Rapid Response:

Wants versus Needs

We have four basic needs that must be satisfied: hunger, hygiene,
home, and
hope. Hunger requires a nutritious diet that eliminates all addictive
substances. Hygiene requires that our food, water, air, and home are free
of
toxins. Home requires safety, comfort, and companionship. Hope requires
the
freedom to be ourselves and pursue our unique talents. If we satisfy these

basic needs, we will not be tortured with endless wants or wars.
