Rapid Response:

Thirty Years Late for "Disco Biscuits"

I read in the Los Angeles Times excerpts from the article "Pimp My
Slang" and although greatly humored, I feel compelled to suggest an
ammendment to one entry.

Although "Disco Biscuits" may indeed be current slang for Ecstasy,
people 45 and older will most likely associate the term with Quaaludes.
Immensely popular during the disco era of the mid-to-late 70s, the tablets
were rather large, yielding the nickname.
