An open letter to the Prince of Wales: with respect, your highness, you've got it wrong

Rapid Response:

The obvious answer

Many practitioners of CAM would love to be able to conduct the trials
that could prove their methods are effective, but often can't because of
the high cost of doing good quality research. Prince Charles would like to
see CAM treatments used more often, and if I have understood correctly,
would like to see more research on them. He also has unfeasibly large
amounts of money at his disposal.

Perhaps His Royal Highness should put his money where his mouth is
and fund the research into his favourite CAM treatments out of his own
pocket.

Wouldn't that make everyone happy?

Competing interests:
A great deal of respect for the Prince's farming methods: I find his 'Duchy Originals' sausages truly delicious.
