Learn to accept the truth

Reading all the responses, it appers truth does cut deep into
people’s veins.

The BMJ MUST stand up to the unfounded and highly unacceptable
attacks on the article and its author not least to ensure its integrity as
a body prepared to speak out against injustices on medical grounds. The
diatribe of responses from, it appears mostly, the Jewish community is
really saddening. Not least in that they are incapable of accepting
realities of the Palestinian situation and more worrying, incredulous
arguments that has no foundation. One in particular that stands out is
the fact everyone seems to equate the suffering between the two people.
While we all abhor ANY innocent deaths, Palestinians have suffered
hundreds MORE innocent fatalities compared to Isrealis. When you target a
militant in the middle of a civilian crowd knowing well that the missile
you are about to fire will not only kill the militant BUT also its
shrapnel will shred many innocent people, you are committing a war crime.
