Have you identified parallell sensitivity to MSG . My interest is in
people who present with ADD , Eating disorders and OCD and have Irritable
Bowel syndrome.
A proportion of these people have Coeliacs and some appear equisitly
sensitive to gluten plus MSG together. This is a clinical not a
histological observation.
Texts on gastroenterology talk about psychological presentations of
coeliacs.
Have you tried this challenge in coeliacs patients with psychological
symptoms?
