I should like to apologise to Dr. Val Turner for mistakenly appending
his name to my recent article.
It was certainly never my intention to suggest that Dr. Turner had
contributed to the article, but was merely the result of a misreading of
the instructions on the form asking for the names of 'colleagues'.
