Medical devices - David Langton on metal on metal hips
The BMJ carried out an investigation into medical devices. In 2010 the ASR hip replacement, manufactured by DePuy, was withdrawn.
Deborah Cohen from the BMJ interviews David Langton from Newcastle University who has investigated these metal-on-metal hips.
