Rates of medication errors among depressed and burnt out residents

Depressed residents were more than six times as likely to make errors in medication as their non-depressed colleagues, according to this cohort study.

The accompanying editorial says that any association between junior doctors' medication errors and depression and burn-out remains uncertain.
