These data were presented in part at the annual meeting of the American College of Gastroenterology in Baltimore, MD, USA on October 14, 2003, and published in abstract form (Leontiadis et al., American Journal of Gastroenterology 2003; 98: S49). Subgroup analyses have been presented at the annual meeting of the American Gastroenterological Association in New Orleans, LA, USA on May 16 and May 19, 2004, and have also been published in abstract form (Leontiadis et al., Gastroenterology 2004; 126; A-193; Leontiadis et al., Gastroenterology 2004; 126: A-603).
