I appreciate the authors of this interesting observational retrospective cohort analysis [1].

The observations are clear & authentic, and has opened the door for further research in this area.

The geriatric patients of new onset atrial fibrillation & CKD needs special care.

Skill, judgement and wisdom of the clinicians (experience more than evidence) play the role while managing such patients and the treatment is on individual basis.
