Personalised nutrition and self monitoring of food consumption could be one way to deal with obesity, a report has said.1
The European Academies Science Advisory Council’s report looks at the future of nutrition and food security in Europe, saying that research and innovation will be central to tackling malnutrition in all forms, including undernutrition and micronutrient deficiencies as well as overweight and obesity.
