Do you know that in the good old days, when there were fewer bureaucrats, there used to be "Regional Medical Officers" for general practice. They used to see prescriptions where a particular GP was way over the average or was prescribing drugs of " doubtful" value. The RMO would visit the GP by appointment and discuss,
