The vast majority of those working in the NHS rarely hit the headlines. This is because they get on with their jobs diligently and conscientiously. They are able to pursue successful medical careers, bearing the “heat and burden of the day,” and are rewarded by the gratitude of their patients and the affection of their colleagues. The are the unsung heroes of the NH'S.

Rami Seth was such a man, but he had, in addition, many other talents and skills that bubbled up throughout his professional career and continued in an extraordinary manner into his retirement.
