A state of unease exists in the medical profession, as well as a dangerous level of alienation among junior doctors, the General Medical Council (GMC) has warned.
The GMC published its sixth annual report on the state of medical education and practice in the United Kingdom on Thursday 27 October, which showed that doctors and NHS services were under increasing pressure.1
