The HIV and Aids charity the Terrence Higgins Trust has accused NHS England of issuing an “intentionally provocative” and “homophobic” statement in response to a court ruling that it holds responsibility for commissioning pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) for preventing HIV.
