An agreement has been reached on a new contract for junior doctors in England, after 10 days of talks between the BMA and the government.
An announcement by the arbitration body Acas (the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service), which facilitated talks between the two parties, said that an agreement had been reached subject to securing the support of BMA junior doctor members in a referendum.
