GP is struck off for dishonesty for second time

A GP who gave misleading evidence in a court case arising from a bitter partnership dispute between her husband and his former practice partners has been struck off the medical register for dishonesty for a second time.

Catherine Lawrance was struck off for the first time in 2014, but her case was sent back to the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service after she successfully appealed to the High Court.
