A 10 year old boy with cancer of the jaw, whose parents are thought to have taken him to Poland, should have an operation to save him from a “brutal and agonising” death, a High Court judge has ruled.
Mr Justice Mostyn said that an urgent operation to remove the craniofacial osteosarcoma and reconstruct the jaw would be in the boy’s best interests, although both he and his parents oppose it.
