A simple scoring system for colon cancer risk accurately identifies people at low risk for colorectal cancer who can be screened by less invasive methods than colonoscopy, as well as those at high risk in whom colonoscopy may be preferred, shows a US cross sectional study published in the Annals of Internal Medicine.1
