India is among top five countries for mortality in children under 5

Preterm birth complications killed more than 300 000 Indian children under 5 in 2013, a new analysis has found.
India was among the five countries with the highest rates of mortality in under 5s last year, with 1.3 million deaths. The other four were Nigeria, Pakistan, China, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.1
