Frequent surgeon revalidation is the key!

If surgeons are never examined, judged, evaluated and promoted or punished accordingly, as is the case in Greek public hospitals, patients will never enjoy the benefits of safe, fast, painless and minimally invasive modern surgical procedures!
Instead, they are bound to suffer from debilitating postoperative complications.
