The Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service has rejected allegations by the General Medical Council that a surgeon at Mid Staffordshire NHS Foundation Trust was unfit to practise because his performance was deficient.
The MPTS panel found that Raafat Gendy’s performance was not deficient and therefore that his fitness to practise was not impaired.
