Measles cases are down in England: Public Health England has reported that 24 cases of measles were confirmed for the final quarter of 2013, down from 103 in the previous quarter and 309 in the same quarter in 2012. The first quarter of 2013 had the highest level of measles cases in England since 1995, with 587 cases confirmed.
