Biography

Max Pemberton, 34, is a doctor, journalist, and writer. Based in London, he works in mental health and is a columnist for the Daily Telegraph, writing weekly on news events and developments in the NHS. He is also a columnist for Reader’s Digest and a regular contributor to the Mail on Sunday. He has worked as a script consultant on the BBC series Holby City and on ITV dramas and has presented the investigative strand on the Channel 4 series How Not to Get Old.
