NHS England launches consultation on improving general practice in London

NHS leaders have set out a radical blueprint for transforming general practice services in London, in a bid to improve care and ease the “unprecedented pressure” on the primary care system.

The consultation document, General Practice: A Call to Action,1 is seeking views from the capital’s GPs on how to create a more coordinated, proactive healthcare system that improves patients’ access to services.
