The Obama administration will delay by a year implementation of the provision in the health reform law requiring larger employers to offer their employees health insurance or pay a fine.
Critics of the law said the delay was just another sign that the implementation of the health law was unraveling, but supporters said the decision demonstrates the administration’s flexibility and its willingness to work with the business community.
