A new think tank has drawn criticism over a report warning that the NHS in England risked losing more funds to fraud as contracting with the private sector expanded.
The Centre for Health and the Public Interest said that reorganisation of the NHS as a result of the Health and Social Care Act 2012 provided “significant opportunities” for fraudulent claims.
