Plans to sell all or most of the United Kingdom’s state owned blood plasma supply company should be scrapped to protect patients, an early day motion presented in the House of Commons has said.
The government should cancel the sale of Plasma Resources UK, which provides about a third of all the UK’s blood plasma products, said the motion tabled by the Labour MPs Jeremy Corbyn and Frank Dobson and the Plaid Cymru MP Hywel Williams.
