There is a wonderful delicatessen at the top of our road, filled with treats. The best of these is the “rocky road,” a gourmet bar containing a delectable combination of biscuit, marshmallow, and of course chocolate. I like to eat healthily—but I confess that every once in a while I spend the £2.95 (€3.69; $4.77) and buy one. It never lasts the journey home.
