Correction to Geoffrey Launcelot Kennedy
While editing this Obituary for Geoffrey Launcelot Kennedy (BMJ 2012;345:e5666, doi:10.1136/bmj.e5666) we made several mistakes, for which we apologise to the author and her family. The online version is correct, but the print version and the print PDF have the wrong spelling of the author’s surname—she’s Oonagh Cosgrave (not “Cosgrove”). Furthermore, Geoffrey Launcelot Kennedy was born in 1920 (not 1921), and his first listed postgraduate qualification should have been MA.
