Last week, I attended the health policy equivalent of a top fashion show—a forum on global health governance held at Chatham House. This is an elegant Georgian edifice in central London best known for the so called Chatham House rule (www.chathamhouse.org/about-us/chathamhouserule), which encourages openness by guaranteeing anonymity for those quoted: a conundrum in this age of social media and phone hacking.
