Medical and obstetric risk factors should also be excluded from expectant management arm

Any medical (e.g. diabetes or chronic hypertension) or obstetric risk factor (PET, Abruptio Placenta) are largely excluded in intervention arm (elective induction with no medical and obstetric risk factor). However in expectant delivery arm, these are not excluded. This is important because these will effect the perinatal mortality, mode of delivery and neonatal admission.
