Re: Vaccination against pandemic A/H1N1 2009 influenza in pregnancy and risk of fetal death: cohort study in Denmark

Transparency of data is critical in studies pertaining to human health. Without such transparency, it is not possible for independent researchers to replicate study conclusions.

I would like to request some very basic and essential data that includes the number of fetal deaths occurring in each of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester of pregnancy along with the associated denominators of pregnant women vaccinated in each trimester during the 2009/2010 influenza season. This would permit the calculation of a simple rate of fetal death per million women vaccinated by trimester.

Additionally, I would like to request the figures for fetal deaths among unvaccinated pregnant women by trimester. With these data, incidence rate ratios (IRRs) could be computed.

Thank you in advance for your consideration in providing such data.
