Re: Cluster headache

I read my daughter's BMJ and have an observation to make on cluster headaches.
The section on Triggers doesn't admit to any physical cause. I used to suffer a cluster headache every Saturday until I was alerted by the resignation of a member of our Friday badminton club. He suffered a migraine every weekend except on those occasions when he didn't come to badminton. Similarly, when I stopped playing my headaches went away.
They recur if I use a back-pack or baby carrier - always the next day.
Now that I avoid those particular muscular exertions the cluster headaches are, mercifully, rare.
