Manufacturer recalls commonly used painkiller amid fears of possible sabotage

The drug company Reckitt Benckiser has recalled all packs of the painkiller Nurofen Plus (ibuprofen and codeine) after the discovery of rogue medication in some of its blister packs sold over the counter.
