So, why wasn't the BMJ's conflict of interest declared? Seems to be rather a major omission. And why is it being declared now? It wouldn't be anything to do with impending litigation would it?

Competing interests: Expert Witness retained by claimant solicitors in UK MMR litigation. Which, of course, isn't a competing interest if the system works.
