GPs are being warned to be cautious in giving seasonal flu vaccines to children after reports that some were given the wrong one.
The Medical Defence Union (MDU), the largest of the UK organisations that indemnify doctors against malpractice claims, has issued the warning after members notified three mix ups as “adverse events.”
