Junior doctors and senior managers have put together draft recommendations on how to collaborate to improve the quality of care.
Pairs of managers and junior doctors from 100 NHS organisations came up with 10 recommendations during the “Agents for Change—Collaborating for Quality” conference held in London on Wednesday 10 November at the health think tank the King’s Fund. Junior doctors often see ways in which care can be better provided but often believe that they don’t have the means to achieve this.
