The former medical director of a mental health trust offered to suck a patient’s nipples and asked a trainee whether she had ever had sexual contact with her brother, the General Medical Council alleged this week.
Andrew Clayton, who was joint medical director at Derbyshire Mental Health Services NHS Trust between 1993 and 2006, also faces being struck off the medical register as a result of being found guilty at Derby Crown Court on charges relating to child pornography.
