    The GP who failed to spot that battered toddler Peter Connolly was a victim of child abuse was guilty of a “serious breach” of professional duty, a GMC fitness to practise panel has ruled.

    Jerome Ikwueke was found guilty of a series of failures during seven consultations at his surgery in north London between May 2006 and July 2007.
