    Jane Cassidy’s article raises several pressing questions.1 The examples given are shocking, but many of us will be aware of others. There seems to be a trend for NHS trust administrations to abuse power—with law, regulations, guidelines, agreements reached, and promises made ignored or bypassed as convenient.
