Doctors and other health professionals from around the world are being invited to join a new international campaigning group set up to lobby governments to take urgent action to protect health by limiting climate change.
Robin Stott, who co-chairs the UK Climate and Health Council and facilitates the organisation’s new international arm, said that the key message from health professionals to their institutions and governments is that “what’s good for the climate is good for health.”
