Emergency pill goes over the counter in Spain: Emergency postcoital contraception will soon be available from Spanish pharmacists without a prescription. From September the pills will be sold over the counter, including to minors without the need for parental consent. The new arrangements are aimed at reducing the number of teenage pregnancies.
