Sri Lankan refugee camp gets new care centres: The intergovernmental International Organization for Migration is building 10 health centres at a displacement camp in Vavuniya, Sri Lanka, which is sheltering 125 000 people uprooted by the conflict. Each centre will provide care for 10 000 people. The first three centres will be fully operational within a week.
