Studies of social marketing campaigns to change people’s behaviour to improve their health show they work, according to the organisation set up by the Department of Health to help deliver patient health promotion strategies.
The National Social Marketing Centre has now launched a database, ShowCase, of fully researched case studies that show how social marketing can achieve and sustain positive changes in people’s behaviour to promote healthy lifestyles.
