Doctors still most trusted profession: Doctors are still the professionals that the UK public trust most, according to an Ipsos MORI survey commissioned by the Royal College of Physicians. The annual poll indicates that nine in 10 adults say that they trust doctors to tell the truth, making doctors the most trusted profession. They were closely followed by teachers (86%), professors (78%), judges (78%), and clergy (73%).
