Staff at Israel's northern hospitals have remained at work, despite the threat of rocket attack, to treat some 3000 wounded soldiers and civilians.
“We had thought we'd need court restraining orders to keep them working, but they volunteered, even though they are at risk,” said the deputy director general of the health ministry, Yitzhak Berlovich.
