Medical student assessments (or “exams” as we used to call them) are like military exercises nowadays. “Examiners must rendezvous at 0800 hours sharp in the Sports Hall.” This was the only academic building large enough to house objective structured clinical examinations for all 194 candidates in a single morning in July.
