External pain control help

Topical capsaicin was given to me as part of the pain control
strategy/program about 10 years ago. It has proven it's worth to me
repeatedly although it must be used sparingly. Alternately Lidoderm
(patches) offer similar pain relief but they too seem to be one of these
little used
yet relatively safe drugs. It has been my experience that NOT even the
real professional pain specialists are truly aware of these but will use
them more and more once they are introduced.

Clear & Consise article on an important subject!

What a fine article! We need more help for Pantar
Fasciitis...orthotics help over long term. Especially Silicone Dyamic
Orthotics (SDO's) or liquid orthotics. The Germans ESWT doesn't work
most of the time. The NZ ers have done good work with Nemidon Gels but
they don't have a good active yet.

Anyway good statistics very clearly explained! Keep up the good
