The education and training of doctors and NHS managers should ensure that each group understands the other better, recommended a report published this week.
The report was of a multidisciplinary conference organised by the NHS Confederation and held on 27 March. The conference was part of an initiative to improve relationships between the two groups of professionals as they work together in the NHS.
